I was practicing my liquid eyeliner earlier because I'm not the best at it, I was just wondering how can I improve? how can I make it not point down as much? (sorry about the pout and wet hair, I get bored after my showers haha)

Have a piece of cardboard/ tape or credit card in your make-up drawer and use that for your winged eyeliner :)
