Has anyone had any bad experiances shoping for make up on amazon or ebay. I'm looking in purshasing a eyeshadow pallette but can't spend a lot of money and amazon ebay seem cheapr.

I buy makeup all the time on Amazon and have never had a bad experience. I always make sure to check the seller rating to be sure they sell legitimate products and pack them well. :-)

When it comes to buying something high pigmented on amazon you do get what you pay for. Having said that you can mix a little bit of glycerin to increase the effectiveness of the palette. It really just depends on what colors you are looking for and the longevity you are expecting. Even working in the public I've used E.L.F. which is extremely cheap but I mixed it with glycerin which increase the pigment and longevity. In those instances is was in dire need. If there are certain alternatives you are looking for sometimes the most expensive are the most regretful. When it comes to eye shadow you most definitely need a good primer. The rest will usually follow downhill.

Yea I got primers. But thyr now doing it for me so I'm also looking in getting a better one along with getting another pallette. thanks might be stupid but were can one get glycerin?

It really just depends. I know that Ben Nye sells glycerine really cheap. I've been in an emergency and ran to Walmart and grabbed some as well (usually found in the healthish* section). As I said though you really to get what you pay for. I've bought pretty much every eye shadow I can think of off of amazon or anywhere else. 2 companies came in close competition as far as quality and quantity was concerned. Both were extremely amazing. It just depends on what your looking for as far as pop.

No prob even if skeptical you can still find some good stuff on amazon. In fact that's a kinda joke around the school I teach at is every time I get something new they all know I ordered it lol. Just make sure you know what exactly you want. Finding it is easy once you got that down.

No I have never had any issues I love buying things in bulk on amazon.com I always make sure they come from good places with good reviews and such. if you can try to get everything just from amazon and not third party sellers. :))

I got my coastal scents 252 palette from amazon, the pigment is fantastic for the price. I'm in the uk though so can't buy from coastal scents direct

Thanks Ashely. That how I was seeing it as well. Cutting out the middle man and cut down my price. Any recommendation? I think now I'm not just looking for just pallettes but primers and brushes as well. lol

Tell me about it I'd go broke online shopping lol. I definitely recommend bhcosmetics eye palettes. I love the 120, very good quality. coastal scents makeup brushes, the 22 piece set. it'd amazing love it so much very good quality even compared to my more expensive brushes. urban decay primer potion, too faced eye shadow insurance, paji eyelashes 48 pair set love them! royal care cosmetics brushes, any set. I have 3 sets love them all. nyx eyeshadow base comes with 3 bases. nyx jumbo pencil sets, nyx lip liner sets of 6. italia eyeliner pencils set of 12. nyx glitter eyeliner sets. Umm.. let me know if your interested in anything else lol..

I've try the shadow insurance and it dosent do nothing for me. the shadow still creases :/.maybe I got a bad batch. I have almost every nyx product. lol they sell it at my HEB so I get a lil somethng somethng evrytim lol.
