Try using a red lipstick or a red lip tar with a eyeliner brush.

Whatever you do, please do not use red lipstick. it will burn. Lipliner should be okay though. I've used lipliner without a problem before.

You could always spray mac fix + onto your brush and dip it into red eyeshadow.

You can also use a red pigment and a mixing medium to make anything from eyeliner, lipstick, lipliner, nail polish, anything. I would definitely look into MAC products such as their pigments and fix + or elf lock and seal. I use that with my pigments. its definitely fun to play around and experiment. I suggest MAC pigments though because I seen a true red on their website. :))

Agree with the fix+ and red shadow :) You can also just line your eyes with your regular black eyeliner pencil or gel liner and then take some red eyeshadow and pat it over the liner :) Unless you feel like you would wear this a lot I wouldn't buy something expensive though because you might regret it in a week (I did when I bought a hot pink liquid liner XD).
