I really need help with it. I have pimples that just won't go away. I've tried facewash cream everything I have tried facewash
routines with different things. it just won't work I was my makeup off every night and wash my face.

Hey, it doesn't look so bad. If you want to get rid of those small spots, you need to talk to a dermatologist, but I know they are expensive. If I were you, I'd try changing diet, drinking lots of water, exercising and using products that are non-comedogenic and free of sulphates (SLS/SLES), parabens, silicones and most of all perfume-free. If all else fails, try washing your face with just lukewarm water, no products.
