OK so there are a couple products I've been eyeing (OK maybe a handful lol!). Although I'm planning on getting one of glamglow's products, I'm wondering if it's frowned upon (by either the employees or the store) to get more than 2 or 3 samples to try before you buy? Any of you ladies have experience doing this?

My opinion is that it doesn't hurt to ask. Normally they won't hesitate to give out samples if they believe you're going to come back and buy it. So maybe ask for "a few" samples and say you just want to make sure before you come back and buy it. They'll be happy to have a potential future sale.

As of right now I'm between trying 2 different foundations, UD Naked skin, and Kat von D lock it (I know they have different coverages, but I've seen good and bad reviews for both). I also want to try out UD shadow primer in eden (I own the original one). So I guess it's just I feel weird/bad for asking for samples, but I don't want to regret buying something if I don't like it. Thank you Hannah! :)

Well, Eden is amazing, Velen will vouch for me on that. Super matte, makes your lids very even and makes the colors even brighter :) it also holds just as well as the original. They're all makeup junkies too, they'll understand if you tell them that :)

I've really liked how I see Eden show up on YouTube videos, and I think it would help my eyeshadow show up more since I normally work with nude colors. I absolutely love reading Cali V's advice :) Thank you for your advice as well :D.

I always ask for a few samples! Just tell them you have sensitive skin and need to try out products before buying so you know how your skin will react to it. If they give you a hard time ask for a manager. They shouldn't make you feel bad for doing research on what you want to buy.

I ask for samples every time before I buy something, foundation, primers, sometimes even cream shadows or most recently the dipbrow stuff. They never give me a hard time, I just say I have sensitive skin, which I truly do, and want to make sure that I won't react and that it's worth the money I'm spending. They almost always understand, or at least they give you the sample. I usually buy something on sale anyways, like a 5$ nail polish or 7$ eyeshadow.

I just got 2 glam glow samples I go in there for just samples all the time their always super nice & I don't feel bad since I spend so much money in that store it's ridiculous! Plus I usuallly end up buying the product I sampled anyway.
