I use a really effective toner erryday that helps so much! It consists of one part apple cider vinegar to two parts water with about 5 drops of tea tree oil. All natural and a great way to prevent breakouts!

Like Despina, I would recommend using something with benzoyl peroxide! I have recently been loving the Clean & Clear Advantage 3-in-1 exfoliator! It's helped me out a great deal and I've had some breakouts I've been dealing with too!

I use a homemade facial mask. It is sugar extra virgin olive oil and natural honey. The honey is a natural antibiotic and the olive oil acts as a moisturizer so you don't have to put a bunch of gunk on your face. You mix the olive oil and honey and sugar in small portions and smooth t onto your face and leave it for about an hour. It really helps me. Plus wash your face when you wake and when you go to bed before you put the mask on.

Like previous posters said, drink lots of water, change your pillow case regularly.
What worked for me was using noxema (blue jar) as a face mask twice a day. remove all your makeup, then use the cleanser as a face mask for at least 15 mins. Moisturize with something mild like Cetaphil. Cleared up my face QUICKLY.
p.s also get yourself some towels that you use just for your drying face. A stack of little rags in a basket at arms each is convenient.

I know how it feels like to get giant painful pimples and yes I know they suck.
The best thing to do to help clear your acne is by following these steps and I swear you will see a difference:
-make sure you are using the right skin care products that is for your skin type (like oily, acne-prone etc)
-be healthy and exercise
-drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
-believe you will have clear skin because when you start thinking positive you'll feel a lot better and your skin will stop stressing out
-you can try oatmeal which is good for acne and its helps to cleanse, helps reduce inflammation and its very gentle, don't try if your allergic though
-use spot treatments if needed
-go to a dermatologist
-be hygienic like change pillow cases, clean phone, don't touch you face etc
-NEVER EVER pop or squeeze pimples, you can make it worse and just cause more acne, if theres a head its really your choice but you will only scar your face
-pull your hair back away from your face and make sure its clean otherwise the oils will transfer on your face
-smile because you're beautiful
:) good luck.
