Flakiness- Concealer Help

Whenever I apply concealer it looks flaky. I moisturize and yet it is still flaky and makes me seem "fake" in a way because its obvious I'm wearing makeup. What can I do to prevent that?

Don't use a regular moisturizer, try an eye cream. I could be wrong but I had this problem too and that's what I did and it worked out for me.
