I don't specifically have any tutorials on cutting hair, but the #1 most important thing I could say is use scissors meant for hair! You can get them anywhere from Rite Aid to Target and they aren't that expensive at all. The scissors are meant for hair and won't cause split ends or damage hair.

Youll never get a straight cut and while your trying to tidy it up itll just keep getting shorter and shorter
