What gel or cream liners have the best vivid, bright colors (with good staying power), and preferably, not made with parabens?

( I want a big POW of color )

I don't know if they have parabens, but the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner pencils are hands down the best, next would be Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes eyeliner pencils.

You might try tracing the color liner over a white liner to get a brighter pop.
