Maybe try to concentrate on what actually causes them instead of covering them. It can be caused by winter or you can have specific skin problem, which influence blood-vessels. Try to find a cream which controls it in general. I know that a cream and cleansing gel ROSALIAC from french brand La Roche Posay works great for that problems with reddish parts of the face. It's a cosmetics especially for sensitive skin and it's sold in pharmacies. I don't remember any other but I am sure you can find another similar creams.
