Gel eyeliner is the absolute best for a wing eyed look with a short thin angled brush.

I use liquid eyeliner.. especially the pen like liquid eye liner it soo easy to  use.

I use the physicians formula 2 in 1 eye booster liquid eyeliner. Love it more than the Stila. It is a very fine tip brush that makes a perfect wing.
