I think filling in brows with a matte shadow looks soooo much better than those weird brows kits that makes brows look like plastic Barbie brows. But it just depends on the person.

If you're going for a more natural look it works great. just make sure to choose a neutral shade that's close to your hair colour.

Yes I do it sometimes. Here's a tip: if you have light eyebrows go two shades darker, if you have dark eyebrows go two shades lighter. (:
