I normally use my Sigma E55 but I was wondering what other brushes you lovely ladies and gents like using to apply pigments/loose shadows.

This is going to sound like the weirdest thing, but the loose pigments that I have are all glitters, and I've found that the Elf Professional Shader works really well for it. It's cheap, so I don't mind getting glitter in the bristles, but it's soft, picks up a lot of product, and deposits it precisely.

Ooh Hannah I use that one for pigments too! It's great. I also use the elf eyeshadow "C" brush from the studio collection when I use fix + or even just to pick up the pigment.

I have fix+, but everything I get from elf tends to be a major disappointment. But I'll give it a shot.

I usually use the Sigma E60/large shader sprayed with a bit of water, but the other day without even thinking I picked up a wide stiff concealer brush from Wal-mart, similar to the Sigma F70 Concealer and it worked like a charm :)

I like to use a sigma concealer brush with some fix + to pick up the pigment and intensify it

Elf has a glitter applicator which is a silicon tip its the best for glitter!! online only thats the downfall.

You can use any brush you want you just have to pat the pigment just swishing back and forth gets the fall out.

I know I can use any brush I want, but I would assume some are better then others for the job.
But I think I'll swallow my dislike for the brand and try out the elf brushes and see how they work. If they suck, to my MAC counter!
