I would say yes, eyeliner won't over do it for school I use to wear liquid :)

I do! For a natural look I'd out a nude color but to make your eye shadow pop if say go with black. (:

Not alone. Especially black on the waterline. It looks trashy on a lot of girls who wear black liner on the bottom and mascara. It's too harsh. I like to tight line and use some on the top and just add mascara on the bottom lashes. If you want to, do it! But make sure it's balanced with liner on the top and/or use brown-black liner.

Personally I love the look of waterline eyeliner. However, I think that a pencil eyeliner is better than liquid for water lines because the pencil doesn't need to be 100% perfect, but the liquid will show mistakes, in my experience.

Yes it looks nice but black eyeliner can be really overpowering so I sometimes use brown x
