So my purse got stolen and even though I lost no money, ALL my makeup was stolen. I have to start all over. Help me! I have dark green eyes and very fair skin. I don't wear much makeup normally but when I want it, I want it there. :) thank you!

Its different for everyone. For me, it would be concealer & foundation first. Then, Brow product, mascara, then lipstick, and everything else would follow.

You look like you have pretty good looking skin, for you, I would suggest mascara, brow product and blush. And you also you look like an eyeliner kinda of girl.
