So I've tried everything I have heard (including the tape trick, which only works seldom) and still can't seem to figure out an effective fast way to do my winged lined ):
What do you do?

The only trick thats worked for me, and I have hooded eyes, but one is lower than the other, is to do my winged liner with my eye open. It really helps with placement and accuracy, especially if you don't have a perfectly open lid space. Thats the only tip I have, tho, not sure if you've tried it!

I think I do it with my eyes open... and I'm not sure what shaped eyes I have.

Tape but I also like using cardboard because its thicker. I find using pen liquid liner's work best, like Stila Stay All Day or Kat Von D's. I first line my lid with a pencil liner and then the liquid over and then I do the wing just with liquid. Q-tips with makeup remover (Almay) help a lot when you make a mistake. I also like using an angled eyeliner brush (I like elf's) and apply the liquid liner to the brush and then just dab on the wing. A lot of people have good luck using a gel liner (Inglot is great but Maybelline's is good too)
