I am very pale but I do use self tanner to look darker (so my skin isn't so cool toned) and I want to get blonder hair with brown underneath... Not sure if it will look good on my medium length hair... What to you think?!

I agree. Try to stay away from the gold tones but you will make that hairstyle look FAB.
