I stand by with what Meaghan wrote. I also like R&B from Lush; they also have this split end remedy which is reallllly good.

I use the tresemme stuff too.
but there's no remedy for split ends all the stuff they have for split ends is just to cover them (like make up) u should cut them off casue the hair will just keep splitting .. I'm a hair stylist I keep my hair long and I trim it every month in a half but I also take vitamins for my hair to grow, also avoid heat

you could also try to use a nourishing and mousterising shampoo and conditioner and use leave in conditioner one or twice a week that worked for me

Like Hazel said, there's no remedy for split ends. If your hair is really bad, you may have to cut some of the length and focus one getting your hair healthy before you grow it out. I know it sucks but it's a never ending cycle once you get split ends. Try laying off the heat, that's gonna be the best thing you can do for it.

Brie I usually use dry heat like curler Straightener or hair dryer only once a month at the maximum

Olive oil has done better wonders for my dry/frizzy hair than any split end repairer! Use a little every day after a shower and in a week or two your hair will be beautiful!

will the oil make your hair greasy?

Only if you put a ton. I usually put a tiny tiny pea size (if that) in my hands, rub them together, then run you fingers through your hair. Focus more on your frizzy parts and ends and don't rub it through your scalp. It should be fine! If it is a little heavy for you, a lighter oil like argan or jojoba might work. But for intensive hydration/repair, try the olive first!

I have really thick/course hair, which means I also get split ends , even after its been cut. But I swear by : biosilk. It's about 20 bucks but lasts for almost a year. Totally worth it
