So I recently picked up some coconut oil for my hair, but have no clue how to apply it to my hair. Wet or dry? Root to tip? With my fingers of a comb? Help please!!

You could apply it straight to your hair while its damp and then rinse it off after a few hours. Do not apply roots! You can also mix it in with your conditioner. And you can apply a small amount as a leave in treatment after washing when hair is damp or even after it dries. There are endless possibilities!

I usually start from the tips and work my way up to my roots. I do it on dry hair and use my hands. Your hair can be really oily for about 2 days so don't apply too much. Hope it helps! :)

If your scalp is oily I wouldn't recommend putting it in your roots!

I have fine, waist length hair. I apply coconut oil to dry hair from roots to ends. Massage it into the scalp- it will thank you for it! Leave it for a couple of hours and shampoo & condition as normal :)
