I have naturally curly hair, my sister (who's fully white) loves my hair so she decided to get a curly perm.
She wants to know how to reactivate a perm without getting another. I read somewhere that Aphogee pro vitamin leave in conditioner "springs perms to life"
Please help I don't know what to tell her!
