Yeah probably mascara, because eyeliner without mascara will look odd haha. (Or there's a technique you can use eyeliner as mascara??)

Eyeliner definitely, I look so much better with it. I don't wear mascara everyday, it looks alright, but never makes a huge difference, probably because I has short lashes

Mascara. All you need is an angled eyeliner brush and you can use the mascara as a gel waterproof eyeliner. ;)

Definitely mascara for me. I hardly wear eyeliner and I have blonde eyelashes so therefore I think I would look quite strange with just eyeliner lol.

Eyeliner. I can use the same brown for my eyebrows as well as line my eyes. My lashes are too long to use mascara.

I have huge eyelashes so I prefer eyeliner! but if your eyelashes aren't big then I definitely recommend mascara!
