I used NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in "milk" all over my lid before shadow...

Eyeliner is Nyx gel liner. I use an angled liner brush to apply.

The shadows are actually Victoria's Secret, they're pretty pigmented actually.

And for brows I recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills products. They work like a dream, especially since I'm a natural blonde and have to darken that shizz
