Is teasing bad for hair?

I would like to have volume where my crown is but I don't want to use any heat products. So is teasing just as bad?

I think if you do it everyday, then it is, but every once in a while is fine.

I don't know if it's just as bad, or worse, but it's definitely not great since it causes breakage.
one great way to get volume into your hair is to massage a volumizing mousse into your roots, then blow dry your hair upside down.

Yes, it is. You should try a volumizing spray or some dry shampoo for added volume.

Yes and no. I do it everyday and I have extremely healthy hair. Its all about how you do it and how you remove it (never brush it out). I do it every single day and I just use good conditioners and oils
