I would do at home hair treatments (olive oil and mayo are my favorite), restrain from heat, have a lot of protein in your diet, do a trim every 2-3 months, and don't brush your hair when it's wet because that causes split ends, also wash your hair every other day, hope I helped :)

Coconut oil or castor oil for a strengthening treatment. use leave in conditioners. do hair masks. drink a lot of water & eat healthy. use sulfate free shampoo & conditioner. L'oreal Everstrong is good.
