What is the best way to apply? I got a bottle in the mail today. It wasn't as watery as I expected??

Personally, I like to use my fingers. Since it's such a light coverage foundation.

Most people say fingers but I find it quite annoying lol I use a buffing or stippling brush :)

If the foundation is studio fix, it is a little thicker. I love using the beauty sponge works magic. Stippling brush is good also. I stopped using Mac though it broke me out.
