My mum has been a slave to anti wrinkle creams for as long as I can remember, she used Soap & Glory make yourself youthful eye cream. It's available from boots in the UK, I'm not sure if its available in the US, you can always check :) http://www.boots.com/en/Soap-Glory-trade-Make-Yourself-Youthful-trade-Eye-Cream-15ml_1160696/
She found that you get a better result if you dab and press the cream all around your eyes, especially where crows feet would form, instead of wiping it around your eyelids.
Hope i helped! :)

I've done makeup on women with very wrinkled lids and the thing I learned is to stay away from frosted eyeshadows! Eyeshadows with that texture seem to really accentuate the wrinkles. And that is the end of my expertise with wrinkled eyelids lol.
