To be honest, I don't like Biosilk because it contains silicone, which can leave a really funky coating on your hair and dry it out over time.

I used to use the Biosilk Silk Therapy Shampoo & Conditioner. To say the least, I was not impressed. It left my hair feeling stripped, heavy and even a lil oily. I quit using it (even though it smells so good) but I LOVE the Biosilk Shine On. It's a finishing spray for after you are done styling your hair and such and its magnificent. Adds extra brilliant shine, non oily and smells good!

I second the silicone dislike! Some of them also have different kinds of sulfates and parabens. Yikes!
