I am young male and my lips have been a very big insecurity for past few years and its been a very frustrating struggle trying to present them at their best. ive notice that lip products and balms have not produced very good or most comfortable results and i would like to take a more natural approach towards achieving more beautiful, brighter red lips
my lips are generally not so dark but a very dull colour
i usually have a dark outline around my lips
my upper lip is darker than my lower lip
and perhaps my biggest peeve and frustration are the corner of my mouths where it very out of tone and dull and basically ughhh!! compared to the rest of my lips.
and basically i would like to achieve brighter redder lips using a more natural approach. I don't mind suggestions of some products but i want to avoid relying on lip stainers or balms (no lipstick please...i'm a guy)

I agree with Andrew - your lips are lovely. The pigmentation in a person's lips is usually determined by a few factors: ethnicity, age and sun exposure. You can't change the first two, but you *can* protect your kisser with a balm that contains a sunscreen. Try exfoliating them gently with a warm washcloth every few days (that will make them brighter temporarily by increasing blood circulation). Try Lip Venom, but go lightly - it's pretty glossy. Lip Venom contains mint and cinnamon oils, which also promote blood circulation).
