So the other day I got a really bad cold or something and I got really stuffed up I have a really bad headache, high temperatures and a sore throat.. I still have it and I can only really medicate the sinus and head problems but the sore throat is killing me! I've tried using those lozenges that numb your throat and even the normal ones that are just really Monty and it's not even working! So now I want to try out some home remedies that will help. If you know any home remedies that can heal my sore throat or at least bring down the pain and swelling let me know!

This is not the tastiest remedy, but gargling with warm salty water should help some. I would also recommend hot tea with lemon and honey. If it does not go away soon though you should probably go see a doctor.
You probably don't feel like putting on makeup right now, but even if you do have the energy to put on makeup, I would not advise it. This sounds like a nasty bug and you don't want to reinoculate yourself once you are better.
I hope you feel better soon!!!

I usually just drink a lot of water if it's a mildly sore throat. However, last year I lost my voice and had a sore throat the day of my musical theatre performance (my school did Glee for our musical - I was Rachel Berry). Like @AndrewB said, water and honey really works. I filled my water bottle and drank hot water with a tiny bit of honey and a bit of lemon (really good for clearing your throat) and I had no problems singing that night!
Also, you might want to avoid using hair spray or any kind of sprays (like dry shampoo) until your throat is better. Even if you're really careful, it's easy to inhale a bit of your spray. The spray will coat your throat and make it more irritated.
