Never thought I would spend this much on a face washing brush! But OMG this one is great! Anyone else try it?

Soooo worth the money! I got mine when it was fairly new, right after I saw it on Oprah...so about 6 years ago? Still works perfectly, and I use it twice a day. It's an investment (mine cost around $200) but it's worth every penny.

i haven't but i picked up olay's pro x advanced cleansing system and its practically the same. i did really heavy research and found out that one girl liked her olay one better because it was lighter. she said the only difference was that the clarisonic went back and forth 180 to 180 but the olay one goes 360 degrees. theres a fast and slow setting on the olay one too. big price difference as well! the olay one was about $30 off amazon

I had a Clarisonic, and I was one of the few people who broke out really bad on it. So I was on it for a few months trying to find a right cleanser to match... but I got so fed up when i kept breaking out after grimming and bearing for a few months. Sadly, my $250 cleanser sits in my bathroom drawer and it has been for the past 2.5 years.

But I do really want to try it out again, since I did find my HG cleanser!

I haven't bought one yet but my facialist uses it on me and it was a lot less harsh than I thought it would be! I'm going to ask for one for my birthday, either that or find a cheaper alternative. Has anyone tried the Sirius Skinsonic? I've watched a few reviews on it on Youtube and it seems pretty close. fuzkittie does a comparison of the Clarisonic, Skinsonic, and Olay Pro X if any of you are interested. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glx7t4u1-nE

I love my Clarisonic - but you have to learn to find the right routine for you: some people can use it daily... others can't. I just happen to be one of those people that can't... so I use mine every other day w/ CeraVe's cleanser.

You're not supposed to push it into your face... but just hold it up against your face and let it glide over the areas you want to cleanse. I actually had a bad reaction thinking it was the Clarisonic, but it was just because I was pushing it too hard and irritating my skin.

Also, I have the Clarisonic Pro - to be frank, I really don't use all of the extra fancy speed settings or options. I think a MIA would have been just the same. So it's really up to you guys to try it for yourself, but I def. learned to love mine. My skin's texture has improved tenfold. Products really do seep into your skin faster w/ a clean canvas after using one, and I couldn't live without my beep-beeps.  =)

It's worth it! but like Soma said you definately have to find the right program for you with it. I love it and at first I was doing it twice a day everyday like they say to do, but I felt like the brush was kinda harsh doing it this way. Now I do it at night everyday or every other day.
I find that my ability to use it everyday depends on how oily I find my skin. The brush is still a little harsh on my cheeks where I'm less oily but it's almost not harsh enough on my T zone where I tend to get oiliest. I'm contemplating getting the normal brush just to try it out. I also want to try the deep pore cleansing brush head. Has anyone tried this one?
It's definately an investment (like everyone's said) but I found mine to be well worth it.

Also, the lady at the sephora I bought my mia from told me that when you first start using it you may break out but that's because it's something new to your skin and drawing the dirt off your skin. She also told me just to use whatever cleanser I was currently using rather than the one that is provided with the brush.

I've bought my Clarisonic Mia almost two months ago. I use it every night (right now still using the sensitive brush head and when it's time to replace it I will go "up a level" until I'm able to use the pore/oily skin one). I'm not loyal to any one particular cleanser so I switch every evening between my Biore Ice Cleanser and Purity Made Simple. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how this tool helps my cleanser work better and ultimately any other skin care product I apply. I purchased mine through QVC and took advantage of their Easy Pay option. My next splurge item will be the larger Clarisonic with the body brush attachment.
