This is elfs affordable smokey eye kit. the inside has instructions to achieve the look but I usually shade and smudge with a few brushes and liner.

I am a BIG fan of the smokey eye as well; could possibly be cause I'm from Jersey, buttttt...I usually always do smokey eyes. =) I have a few pictures posted on my page, take a look at them. If you like them I have videos also you can take a look at so you can get that look if you want.
