Glamourista16 put up this video on a diy blemish fighter. She put sea salt and water in a jar and let it set for like 30 min until the water got soaked up and then put the sea salt on her blemishes for 10 min. I was just wondering if any of yall think this will actually work bc i kind of want to try it!

i've never tried it, but salt does a pretty good job at drying out blemishes, and salt water actually has fantastic healing properties, so i could definitely see that working.:) i'd give it a try!:) and i mean sea salt and water would be super inexpensive, what have you got to lose?:)

sea salt is great for blemishes. Salt water is good for helping heal wounds so it makes sense that salt water helps with blemishes. Think Beach Water...how much nicer does your skin look after swimming in the ocean :)

When I have the very rare breakout, I use the aspirin mask trick - crush an aspirin on a plate, add a drop of honey, a drop of water and mix. Apply to the spot and let it dry. It'll go away by the next day. (hint: aspirin contains a tiny amount of salicylic acid!)
