The page shows up when it turns back a failed search:

http://www.beautylish.com/search?q=hoakuhodo

The option to add a brand or product will be on the left sidebar towards the bottom. Unfortunately, I don't know how often they add products or what their criteria is for things to be added, since I tried adding Hakuhodo when I first joined, and I've still yet to see it appear.
