I have found.. UD in zero to be nice. Korres is a good one.. and NYX-(those are pencils)
Liquid- I needed a cheap liquid for halloween.. i got Black Radiance waterproof in black. It stayed on my eyes for 2 days. and it's cheap! So.. it gets my vote. lol

I believe that the Maybelline Lash Stiletto Liner is amazing for a liquid liner. The brush has a very sharp end, and it lasts all day! For eyeliners, I love the NYX Glide On Pencils, they are creamy and last for days.

For liquid liner I would say Mac Liquid last eyeliners, they really stay put on the lids.

Most definitley the Milani Liquifyeye!!!!! since its a liquid i dont really like the applicator it comes with so i use a tapered pointed eyeliner prush where the ferrel is bent, i dip a little bit into the liner and draw on the most precise thin or thick line you desire its amazing:)

The MUFE eyeliners are great. The Aqua Liners for liquid and Aqua Eyes for pencil. Long lasting, they come in a great range of colours, and waterproof. They won't budge.

Any of the Hot Topic eyeliners are amazing! UD 24/7 is great too. My stand by is Hot Topic though. And a plus is that they have tons of outrageously fun colors! ^.^ I know the store may be a little intimidating, but you won't regret it, I swear! I know I don't. :)

Really cheap alternatives for long lasting eyeliners are jane gel liners and wet'n wild gel liners. They last all day and dont smudge at all and waterproof too!!

Fan of Bobbi Brown gel liners. Even in hot humid weather it stays put. I haven't experimented with a drugstore brand as of yet since I've been very happy with BB.

i wear the cat eye style with liquid eye liner everyday. Stila Intense Black is by far the best. I used to use Mac's but once a Sephora worker mentioned Stila and I tried it, I was hooked. Only down side...i go through alot

also, spraying a finishing spray such as Urban Decay's Up All Night over the face once your finished applying make up is a great way to lock it in longer
