Waterline Eyeliner

What's a good eyeliner for your bottom waterline? I always wear black eyeliner and I need one that stays all day. I usually but black eye shadow on first but does anyone know a really good long lasting eyeliner? (Preferably pencil)

I'm wondering this too. I have found that gel liner works best for me on the waterline; the one I use now is NARS gel liner. I dip a pencil in the gel liner to apply it to give me more control. It does still smudge a little throughout the day but not as much as pencil alone for some reason.

My MAC liquidlast liner stays on all day, even on my waterline. But beware: if you use it, you better have a good makeup remover to get it off. As for a pencil, I would try waterproof eyeliners, as they are made to stay on, even when wet.

Milani's Liquif'eye Pencil. It's cheap. It's super creamy/dark and long lasting. I don't bother with high end liners anymore.

I really like maybelline eye studio drama lasting gel liner. Its great for the bottom water line, probably the best I've ever tried. It's affordable and it's really easy to apply. It's comes with a little brush and it goes on really smooth.

Try a waterpoof eyeliner! (:
You can try putting primer, waterproof eyeliner, then the shadow on top.
I like Make Up For Ever's waterpoof eyeliner.

I use INGLOT gel liner in black I think its number 77 and set it with a black eyeshadow. And since I have been in Europe I have discovered a brand called KIKO and I will use there shadow sticks and they are SO waterproof its unbelievable!!!!!!

I use Dior waterproof in Trinidad. You put at on ad usual, let it set for a minute and put anther coat on. It's fabulous all day!

I like the Revlon colorstay one or the L'Oréal smolder eye kohl,but what works for me might not work for you cuz a lot of people like the miliani one but I hate it so much

I personally think its all about the primer. I start w/ my urban decay eye primer potion and I use jordana's retractable eye liner and it doesn't smudge !

I agree with gel liner. I use a super cheap one from target, e.l.f I think...and it's the best thing I've ever used to line my water line, it ACTUALLY stays for a good few hours, unlike pencil on the waterline. I'm sure more expensive gel liners work even better for this.

I use Maybelline's Unstoppable in onyx. It's a pencil so it smudges a bit, but I like it and it's relatively cheap, so I'd say it's worth a shot.
