Lately I've been suffering with a horrible bout of back acne, and I've tried a lot of things to get rid of it. but nothing has helped. Do any of you guys know anything that may help?

Apple cider vinegar! I've been using it for quite some time & it really helps. I was thinking of mixing it in with some lemon juice to reduce the risk of scarring from the bumps but haven't tried that yet. But seriously try apple cider vinegar post shower before bed & in the morning. I'm sure you'll see a difference! You can get it from your local grocery store

I really don't have problems with this, though once I got some and what I did was exfoliate and got a drugstore product for acte and voila, like magic disapeared lol :)

Lately I've been using a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Seems to work well. Just don't leave it on more than 10 mins. or so.
