I use Hair One which is basically Sally's Version of Wen. I love it. I'm wanting to try the real thing to see if there is much or any difference.

I've tried it and it made my hair like straw. It looked and felt dry. Plus, I couldn't get a brush through it. It was just one big fail with my hair.

Its something you have to mix up with another shampoo or it will weigh down your hair. Also, it did get expensive & i'd rather buy Biolage if thats the case.

I've used it and liked it but I have scalp issues, so it will last me forever because the only practical way for me to use it is as a leave-in conditioner.

I've used it over a year and my hair has never, ever felt better or been healthier. I've never heard of it turning hair into straw or weighing it down - mine's lighter and yet bouncier than it's ever been, and I have a LOT of hair (and it's thick, too). I use it in the recommended method and I love it, and I'm down to about 5-7 uses per month, which really helps in terms of the budget. I'd probably pay as much for shampoo and other products that I don't need anymore if I weren't on the Wen Auto-Delivery plan from QVC. If you are curious about using it, go on there - you'll likely find a lot of small bottles as a "try me" option.

I think it just depends on a persons hair, texture, how much oil is produces, and what products they use on a regular. I think it only weighed mine down because i HAVE to use to much gel at work that the wen doesnt cleanse my hair enough and i cant use a clarifier everyday or it will fry my hair. glad it works for you tho :)

Wen is not something that you can use as a daily shampoo or it will weigh your hair down. Those that are having expense issues, try Hair One from Sally's. It runs $10-12 depending on if you have a beauty club card.

>.< I FREAKING HATE IT!!!! I know it's natural and isn't supposed to foam, but I just couldn't use it. It made my hair feel soft and fluffy and manageable and great, yes. But it was just... I couldn't get used to it. I never felt like my hair was actually getting clean. I'll stick to my Mane N' Tail, thank you very much. :P

I co-wash my hair with a Kevin Murphy conditioner. I've used a few other conditioners from the drug store that work just as well. It's much cheaper and exactly the same as idea as Wen. The only time I use shampoo is right before I touch-up my pink panels.
