I don't really have a problem with fallout and always do my personal makeup foundation first unless I know I'm going to be using something like a loose pigment which is prone to fall out. On a client, it depends entirely on the look. If their skin needs more work due to acne or skin problems then it will usually be foundation first so I know the real skin colour that I'm working with.

Definitely eyes first (so you can remove fall outs) with a makeup remover wipe, then you can put on foundation.

concealers>foundation>eye>again some concealers on the under eye area to clean up :)

I always do my eyeshadow first. Not necessarily eyeliner and definitely not mascara. I do eyeshadow, then foundation etc, eyeliner, and mascara is last

I generally do my eyes first to avoid any fall out onto my face..But I also find that doing it this way make the eye shadow pop even more ( my opinion)..My recommendation would be eye shadow first :)

I always do foundation first; I enjoy perfected the face and continue the artistry after. I always apply loose powder and find that I never have had a problem doing this way. It just preferences either or and what you find works best for you as an artist. Furthermore, I like applying the foundation around eyes and lid; honestly that too saves steps; such as a primer on the eyes.

I always do my eyes first before I do my face. It's easier to fix from eyeshadow/glitter fallout

I do my foundation first, then move to the eyes and after I'm done I clean up with concealer and powder the whole thing :)

Always foundation first. If i am worried about fallout i will put a bunch of transparent powder under my eyes. When i am done with my eyes i can just sweep the transparent powder off and any fallout as well

Eyes before foundation

I do eyes first always.

But you have to find your own way. If you've found that with time management doing eyes first really helps, keep it up.

Personally I do my foundation first, only the foundation. Do my eyes, eyeliner and lashes, the whole nine yards and then finish my face.

Foundation first. If you use certain liquid foundations they work as a primer for your eye shadow as well (at least with my experience)

I do foundation before eyes cuz wen I rub foundation and powder and all that chiz on my face, it gets on my eyebrows

Foundation on the eyes first, then eyes, then face. Because applying any shadows or liner on the eyes first, means you forget that any part of the eyelid without shadow, is a different colour to your face

I do my foundation first but allow it to "set" before doing my eyeshadow so that the fallouts don't cling to my foundation. I also do powder/contouring/blush etc LAST because that way it covers up any darkness if there are fall outs!

if I'm not doing much on my eyes then I will do my foundation first and then just add some liner and mascara, but when I'm doing a more dramatic eye look I do my eyes first, but leave out the liner, etc, on the bottom part of my eye. then apply I apply my foundation, concealer, etc, so I can then do the bottom of my eyes without disturbing it when applying concealer.
