I have really small lips and want to wear red or pink on them. How do I make them look bigger without having to go outside my lines?

You can contour and highlight to make your lips appear bigger. For one, by adding a highlight to the center of your lower lip, it will make it appear more plump. I say a frosty light hue works the best. Also, using concealer around your lip line draws attention to them and gives a crisp defined line. Two tricks of highlighting and contouring I do around my lips are to add a light matte shadow above the cupid's bow and a shadow right underneath the bottom lip. I hope that helps!
