my face is very dry, especially this time of year. I usually use makeup forever HD during spring, but my face is so dry i switched to a more creamy foundation and went with MAC mineralize foundation spf 15. i love it so far but i do not put a powder over it (bec i am too dry) and usually just mosturizer& benefits PORE-fessional primer i just feel like sometimes it looks like it just lays on top of my skin instead of seeping into it.. i dont know if its my method of application or my skin or what.. how would i fix it??? any other foundation to try out for dry skin ?

Maybe it's not your foundations that are the problem. Do you change your skincare routine for winter?

My skin is very dry in the winter too and I use the MUFE HD foundation. I usually put a layer of moisturizer (for dry skin) underneath and that seems to help. Maybe try a balm for dry patches, or exfoliating then applying olive oil on that spot to really hydrate it :)
