Hey guys recently my hair has been coming out in handfuls every time i wash my hair. Have had Hormone levels checked they are all fine. Have changed my shampoo. I wash my hair every other day. Does this sound familiar to anyone or anyone have any helpful hints on what to do. Its really getting me down as its mainly at the front of my hair. Thanks

Definitely diet related. I drink lots of Omega 3...well not lots just a pill a day and it has helped my hair grow back super fast. I also rub a little bit of Castor Oil at night on my scalp

Biotin daily in 5mg dose and a multi vitamin daily will work wonders for helping your hair to grow strong and healthy!

My hair was falling out and thinning like crazy the beginning of last year. I had so many blood tests taken to see what the problem was. Turns out it was lots of stress and I had lost so much weight I was actually underweight. Once I gained some weight back and got rid of the stress my hair stopped falling out. But maybe this isn't the case for you! I also had my thyroid tested cause that causes hair loss and Ive heard lack of iron could cause some hair loss as well. good luck!

If it isn't diet related or hormone or anything like that, just try some prenatal vitamins, it makes everything grow!

Yeah. Mine stopped and thickened when I got my thyroid checked and had hypo-thyroid...then I started using NuHair from Walgreens which targets the testosterone that causes it to fall out. It stopped falling out. I have tons of new hair growth. It's gonna take years to get it back to where it was, but I take pre-natals and use a mask once a week or oil treatments. I do everything. Right now I stopped coloring it (which is driving me nuts cuz of the grey that is showing), but I want to get it in really good condition before I color it again. Be patient and diligent. It will grow back. :-)

Oh. I also eat red meat for the Iron and Protein. Hair is made of protein so eat it a couple of times a week. I also make sure to get plenty of Omega 3 oil supplements.

My mother was having that problem so she started using the Salerm Intensive Falling Hair Lotion vials. So far its helped her from losing more hair.

Well if it isn't diet related or anything, it's most likely the weather because my hair was falling out too because of the weather so I don't know. 😕
