I have the Same issue as Brenda. I have wavy thick at times others at fine. I use smooth infusion from Aveda hair care line shampoo. Conditioner. And the smooth infusion styling stuff. I used to straighten my hair without a heat protectant for 2 years almost every day and I stopped this whole year and always left it natural. But I'm not exactly how much I'm loosing a day but every time I touch or feel my hair 6 or 7 prices fall out and I do that ALOT. and I'm the shower it's like big hair balls and I hate it!! I honestly think it's from buildup, anyway in that case any things to get rid of buildup??
Thanks beautiful<3
