My hair is to my middle back and damaged due to bleaching. My best tip I can think of is to sleep with a loose braid. That way your hair isn't knotted when you wake up. Also, don't overuse deep conditioners. It can actually make your hair dull because the hair shaft gets weighed down with residue.

massage ur hair at night with a good virgin coconut oil mixed with essential oils like aroma oils just before sleeping and wash ur hair next day with ur regular shampoo n conditioner or a mask...plus dnt leave the conditioner too much in your hair if not a leave in conditioner...be careful of dust pollution and harmful UV rays on your hair and most of the basic routine Use wide tooth comb detangles easily managable hair...

Don't brush hair when it's wet. It causes hair to break incredibly. Because when your hair is wet it's at its weakest point and when you brush it when it's wet our severally damaging it! Take biotin it makes hat stronger, and helps premote healthy hair:)
