Have you seen China Glaze's Ghoulishly Glow top coat? It was released with China Glaze's Halloween collection--Haunting. I purchased 2 of the 4-piece sets (1 for me, 1 for my giveaway) and just gave it a try!
It's so cool! I wish you could attach a picture to posts. I'll comment below with one of my pictures from my review. If you want to see the full review visit my blog: http://www.makeupchicliterarygeek.com/2011/09/china-glaze-haunting-halloween.html

The the last time I used a glow in the dark nail polish was in middle school. I got it from Hot Topic. One night my mom and I had to share a bed and she was freaked out by my glowing nails in the middle of the night. She's like "WHATS ON YOUR HANDS!!!" It was comical.

Out of all the glow-in-the dark polishes that I have - WnW and China Glaze - the China Glaze does glow more intensely. Unfortunately most places are now out of stock of the open stock of CG Halloween polishes but the kits are still available at Sally Beauty Supply.

@Alexis Hahahahaha I can see how that would seem a little odd to your mom.
@Yasmin I've seen it at a few different beauty supply stores online and in-store as well sites like Amazon, but many of the shades are selling out. I think the other colors (not included in the 4-piece kits) are great fall colors. I posted a link in my bog to a listing that still had available 4-piece sets that include Ghoulish Glow.

I was at Cosmoprof the other day and the open stock of ALL the Halloween polishes from OPI and China Glaze were sold out. I should have hit up Ed Wyes to see what they had left. I went to the local Sally's and nada as well, ended up ordering the second CG set from Sally's online.

Ladys and Gents, this stuff is worth it. I had gone through a little glow polish thing because halloween is comming up but they were all so dissapoitning. Then I was in Ulta one day and happend to see it and I thought it had to be better than the stuff I was finding at the lower end places, but I didnt want to waste that much money. Well, I gave in and bought it and let me tell you, I am not dissapoited at all. I also gave all the other polishes away, lol.

I love the entire 4-piece set I purchased from the Haunting Collection to be honest with you, but then again I'm also bouncing around oogling all of the fall polish right now! I love, love the fall colors! I really like the way It's Alive looks with Ghoulish Glow over it! Here's a pic from my post on my blog. Doesn't it give it a softened, slightly more sophisticated look?
This is 1 base coat, 2 coats It's Alive, 2 coats Ghoulishly Glow.
I love this look! And it gloooooooooooooows ;)
