How to get rid of white heads??

They are so annoying. Does anyone how to get of them? I am planning on going to a medi-spa, but if anyone knows how to get rid of them???

I used to have TONS of black heads and white heads all over my face, especially around my nose. I started using an ance system called EMC2 everynight and it has really helped with my ance. For immedate relief from black heads and white heads I reccomend an extractor tool. It uses a loop think to gently push the black and white heads out of your skin.
