I'm looking for a good, fun, obnoxious, long wearing, bright pink lipstick (not fuscia, PINK), as well as a lip liner to pair with it.
I always focus on eyes in my makeup, and I've been getting the itch to change things up (:
Anyone know any good ones?
I'd like not to spend too much money, but if it's good quality, I'll splurge (:
I've been looking at MAC lipsticks, but I don't know which colors are good, or if other brands have better.

I know there is a lot of drama surrounding Lime Crime but their lipsticks are crazy bright. I have Centrifushia, though you might like Countesa Flourescent. But I'm not going to lie, looking at Mandy's post, now I want Totally Tubular.

i wouldn't necessarily call it long wearing but mac's pink nouveau is pretty bright. i'd look into revlon lipsticks, though :)

OCC lip tar in anime fits all your criteria, and you don't need a lip liner with this one.

My absolute favorite bright barbie pink lipstick is MAC saint germain, it's a bright creamy pink with a purplish undertone to it. It is only permanent on the MAC website and in MAC stores :) My favorite lip liner that would go perfectly with that is NYX dolly pink lip liner, it's also a very bright pink!

Mandy: Totally Tubular is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. You're awesome.
Maria: Countesa Fluorescent seems a bit too... fluorescent? For lack of a better word. But I do see some other lipsticks by Lime Crime, so thanks for showing it to me (:
Samantha: Pink Nouveau is a gorgeous color, but the not long wearing part kills it :( Which revlon lipsticks do you recommend? I've heard mixed reviews about their lip products.
Ida: I've been lusting after anime for a few weeks now, but I can't stand sticky lipglosses, and I can't find anywhere that tells me if OCC lip tars are sticky or not. Do you know?
Cassandra: Saint Germain is a bit too light pink, I'm looking for more of a bright deep pink, sort of. But, I'm definitely gonna check out NYX lip liners, especially since they're super cheap.

hmm i would say go with the colorburst lipsticks (quilted packaging) and check out a color like candy pink. I have one of their lipsticks and they're great. i would also highly recommend finding a good, bright lip pencil so if your lipstick wears off, the color mostly stays put. i know MAC just released some long wearing lip liners but at around $18 a pop, i don't know if they're in budget.

OCC Lip Tars are not sticky at all! They feel like lipstick on, really creamy like paint, but the consistency is nothing like a gloss in fact they aren't gloss. It's like liquid lipstick. I say go for Anime I love it!

For inexpensive I'd go with NYX Flower Lipstick && NYX Pinky Lip Liner.
For more expensive I'd go with Illamasqua Atomic Lipstick.

Stargazer make a really neon pink, glittery lipstick, it's pretty crazy bit great for an out there night time look, and really inexpensive.
