So if you have a color and you apply that color straight to your eyelids it's not very pigmented. :( Your dissapointed and mad that you just threw money down the drain. So instead of waisting money here is a cheap way to make your eyelids POP, Elf's 1.00$ Eyeshadow primer and NYX'S Jumbo eye pencil in Milk 3.49$ (Or if you dont want NYX you can buy a chea white eyepencil or eyeliner) how to use this method, Take your eye primer apply that to your eyelids then take your white (NYX jumbo pencil) And apply that over your primer, Then you have to BLEND with your fingers or this wont work. Your ready for your eyeshadow to POP!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I do this all the time with pigmented colors as well! Using the NYX Milk color pencil or any other white pencil will help the result in the true color being present on your lids! The primer will kelp the color stay put all day ( that is if it is a good primer)! I haven't tried the elf primer but I have tried some of their eyeshadows and am currently using their foundation and hope to review it soon on my youtube channel!
