I haven't really found a foundation that actually stays on my face. In other words does not rub off when I blot with a napkin, or if I wipe my nose/mouth, etc.
I hear Revlon Colorstay stays put though. But I haven't tried that foundation yet.
What is your daily routine? How do you apply your foundation?
It used to irritate me a lot knowing my foundation does not stay on my face when I blot it, wipe it, etc. But I've come to realize that 99.9% of times, other girls have the same problem.

i usually apply it with a stippling brush or sometimes just my fingers. i wash my face then apply moisturizer and start my makeup routine but then three hours later its coming off!

Do you have oily skin? Maybe try out some oil control/mattifying products. Also less is more with face products. If you apply lots of a primer, that's not making it more effective. Try applying less product before your foundation. Also try oil-free moisturizers and foundations.. If all fails, try out a mineral foundation like bare minerals. You can go to a counter like at Macy's and they'll apply your face and show you how it is. You get great coverage still, and it'll last all day. Easier than liquid. Hope this helps!!

Use a makeup setting spray before and after you apply your makeup! I use UD De-slick and I love it!

Have you tried MUFE foundations? I use the HD formula, and it doesn't transfer to anything! I also recommend their HD primer as well. If you're naturally oily, I would suggest maybe a powder foundation like MUFE's duo matte powder and a setting spray? I've also heard great things about Model In A Bottle sprays... =)

Revlon Color Stay foundation and either the Skindinavia setting spray or the Urban Decay All Nighter spray will do the trick and you will have no transfers :) I've been doing this for a while now and both sprays are amazing.

Try mac pro longwear if you need a matte primer try NYX HD primers or if you have oily skin try Milk of magnesia which is for your bowel movements..lol but its really good. A lot of youtubers use it.

Which Smashbox primer were you using? The normal Photofinish or Photofinish Light? If you're oily, Photofinish Light is better.
Foundation-wise, is it possible you're applying too much? A little goes a long way. *nods*

Have you ever tried a setting spray? Like Urban Decay All Nighter?

I have extremely oily skin, and nothing stays on my face without a good primer. I like Smashbox Light (not the regular one, the white one) or Monistat Anti-chafing gel (yes, really).

DO NOT use fix+ or mist and fix by MAC and Make Up Forever as a setting spray. I suggest Ben Nye Setting Spray because those two pretty much just melt your makeup to give it a more natural look if you went overboard with powder. I highly suggest Eve Pearl's foundation or possibly a matte foundation and buff that into your skin. Apply the foundation to area's where you need it and blend it out, not your whole face to prevent overdosing the foundation on your skin (:

Fix+ isn't really a setting spray anyway. More like a refresher spray.

^ YESSS hahaha Enkore has a whole video on the differences for them. Setting sprays usually have a bit of alcohol in them.

Buy a primer and apply it with a foundation brush, than apply your foundation with the same brush and go over it with a loose powder foundation :) works for me.

And if you'd like to know what primer and foundation i use, i use Australis primer, Maybelline SuperStay™ 24HR foundation with Maybelline Dream Matte Powder.

Primer - Rimmel Stay Matte, Foundation - Tarte Amazonian Clay. Might want to try a setting spray also like NYX or Urban Decay.
