Right, I don't often use foundation, but I have irremovable bags under my eyes, so I like to cover them up ^^ However, I can't find ANY foundation that is my skin tone or anywhere close. I am very pale, nearly sheet white and I currently use Maybelline dream matte mousse in ivory x] It gives me a slight orange colour which is obvious to the naked eye. I have tried stargaze white foundation or what ever it is, however It is too white and makes me look mildly ill xD Any recommendations of a pale foundation which is not a liquid for under £30?

For bags under the eye I think you can use a concealer with a yellow undertone. Have you tried going to a make up store for a color match? It may be your best bet to figure out bags under the eye. =)

I've been to SMASHBOX and urban decay, however both of their foundations were much to orange in colour and just looked... odd :L

What about Illamasqua's foundations? Shade #115 in the Rich Liquid or Light Liquid foundations may work for you. They're well in your price range, too (£21).
@Andrew: The lightest shades on the MAC website are either NC15 or NW15 for most of the foundations (except for Face and Body and the Studio Fix powder). That said, I've seen an NC10 floating around eBay for one of them (can't remember which one).

I'm fair skinned and I use Maybelline's Mineral Power liquid foundation in Light 01. Also, L'Oreal True Match has a very wide array of foundation shades in warm, cool and neutral tones. I have a match there as well.

But is L'Oreal available in the UK? If it isn't, that's not an option for her.

I've used Revlon PhotoReady in 002 and it's ok, a bit drying.
My current favorite foundation is Missha M Perfect Cover B.B. Cream in 21. It's soooo smooth and flawless, and I SWEAR my skin is more even even after I take it off! My pores are smaller, there's less redness and pigmentation... I love it!

I'm an NW15 in Studio Fix Fluid (you can't really tell by my picture. It's the lighting), but Studio Fix Fluid breaks me out. When I was in New York, I stopped in Sephora and bought Clinique's Superbalanced foundation in 27 Alabaster and it's a perfect match. And it works for my skin type.

Smash box is good, but it is quite pricy. An alternative would be Olay.

Try illamasqua. Or you could get macs face and body in white and add it to any foundation to lighten it. Revlon photoready in vanilla is the lightest shade I could find for drugstore products.

I agree with @Henry R. MAC Face and Body in White and mix to get the perfect shade!

I'm really really pale and I use Bobbi Brown in either Alabaster or porcelain .. Or if that's too expensive L'Oreal true match in rose ivory is pale enough for me too :)

I'm really pale too, I use Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24 in 010. It blends seemlessly and is £27 plus you can normally pick it up at boots :)

I know what's its like with such pale skin! first don't even try rimmel or maybelline there so call 'ivory' colour is orange! I find that the Revlon colour stay has really good tones for fair skin! good luck:-)

Check Lisa Eldridge on YouTube. She's a great makeup artist and she made a very helpful video not a long time ago.

I'm NW15 and use NARS Sheer Glow in Siberia. For under eye circles use Pixi Color Correcting Brightening Peach first, then Hard Candy Glamoflauge. Smashbox Face Primer,
