What is the best way you have found to get makeup out of carpet or off a counter especially glitter, and loose pigments. No matter how many times I clean the counter or vacuum the floor there is always powder or glitter.

tape. legit, tape! just take a piece, stick it on the pigment/glitter and keep doing that until the tape isn't sticky anymore or the product is gone :]

Goo-gone, or surprisingly, Windex for countertops and solid surfaces.
Any carpet cleaning solution that foams will help lift powder makeup stains off carpet, and for cream/liquid stains, try Dove bar soaps. =)
